At EazyTaps, we're committed to making sure that our customers are happy and offering excellent service. We work hard to complete and deliver your orders as soon as we can. Please consider that shipping times may be impacted by public holidays.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

The shipping process takes 0–3 business days for all purchases to be processed and sent. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be delayed by a few days due to high order volume. If there is a major delay in receiving your order, we will contact you via email. Please give delivery extra time, especially during busy times of year.

ACCURACY OF ADDRESS

Please make sure the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct. Please get in touch with us right once if you discover that your address is incorrect.

We will do our best to update the address, however due to fast processing times, the window for updates may be limited.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to erroneous or incomplete shipping information may incur restocking fees, which will be assessed based on the situation.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

EazyTaps is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that the shipment was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local authorities to report the problem.

RETURNS

We accept returns within three days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If one or more goods are out of stock, you can choose whether to wait until all items are available or to send the in-stock items first.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Import taxes and duties on orders placed from outside the country are the customer's responsibility and must be paid when the package reaches its destination.
