We print the cards exactly according to the information entered at the time of purchase. As a result, replacement, refund, or cancellation requests cannot be processed due to spelling errors or if you change your mind after placing the transaction.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • If a refund or cancellation request is submitted after 3 hours of placing the order, no refunds will be provided.

Warranty Policy:

Your card is covered by a three-months warranty from the date of order delivery. The warranty is applicable under the conditions listed below:

a) Tapping Issue: If the card does not work correctly with your NFC-enabled smartphone.
